During busy holiday periods such as Golden Week and summer vacation, Katsuyama Dinosaur Forest (home to the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum) often experiences heavy traffic and full parking lots.

To ease congestion, temporary parking lots and a free shuttle bus service will be available on the following dates. The shuttle takes a special route and arrives at the Dinosaur Museum in about 10 minutes, so you can reach your reservation on time without delays caused by traffic.

Both the temporary parking lots and the shuttle bus service are free of charge. Please take advantage of this convenient option.

Temporary Parking Lot (1): Next to Roadside Station “Dinosaur Valley Katsuyama”

Shuttle buses are scheduled to begin around 9:30 AM. However, the start time may be delayed depending on parking availability and traffic conditions.
